Wickiup Dam and Reservoir are in a sensitive area that required special procedures be followed to limit potential impacts to the Deschutes River, the water users, and the surrounding forest. Of special importance was the handling of jet grout waste and the dewatering/unwatering issues. I was very impressed with your professional approach to both of these issues.
