Holiday Giving Tree

Vice president Kevin Dawson initiated a giving tree collection for the RI office for the holiday season. The tree went up with tags identifying gifts that local children requested whose families could not afford to purchase for them. The YMCA in Lincoln, RI wrapped the gifts.

Bike MS

Employees from HBI took part in Bike MS. Bike MS is a two-day event where participants ride 700 plus miles combined, throughout the city of Atlanta. Steve Toebben led Team Hayward Baker: Southern States in raising funds to help create a world free of multiple sclerosis.


​Assistant shop manager Steve Potter is a member of the Texas State Board and volunteers with HopeKids​, which provides free events to families with children suffering life-threatening medical issues. HBI donates to HopeKids​ to allow the children to participate in recreational activities, like fishing.

Feed My Starving Children

The Roselle, IL office donated to help sponsor the Feed My Starving Children’s holiday event. 11 Hayward Baker staff and approximately 3,650 other volunteers packed 4,736 boxes for a total of 1,022,976 meals. This was enough to feed 2,802 children for an entire year.
